10. Controller and Processor Roles
Perk Nation acts as a controller for data we determine how to use for our own business operations. For data processed on behalf of merchants or enterprise clients, we may act as a processor/service provider under applicable agreements and instructions.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without legally required consent. If you believe a child has provided personal data in violation of this notice, contact us and we will investigate and take appropriate action.
